Any special event or neighborhood block party which requires
the temporary closing of a public street shall not be conducted unless
a permit for same has been issued by the Director of Public Works.
The fee for such permit shall be in an amount established by the Board
of Aldermen. An application for a special event permit shall be made
on forms prescribed by the Director of Public Works and shall be available
at City hall.
