The streets or portions thereof designated in Schedule II of
these Traffic Rules and Orders hereto appended and specifically incorporated
in this section are declared to be one-way streets and all vehicular
traffic shall move on those streets or portions thereof in the direction
designated in said Schedule II.
Within the area bounded streets and roads identified in Schedule
X of these Traffic Rules and Orders, or within areas specified and
posted by the Department of Public Works, vehicular traffic shall
proceed only in a rotary counter-clockwise direction, except when
otherwise directed by an officer.
