A.
Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of the various districts as shown on the "Official Zoning Map" accompanying and made a part of this Chapter, the following rules shall apply:
1.
The district boundaries are the centerlines of streets or alleys, railroads or other rights-of-way unless otherwise shown, and where the districts designated on the Map accompanying and made a part of this Chapter are bounded approximately by street or alley lines, said street or alley centerline shall be construed to be the boundary of such district.
2.
Where the district boundaries are not otherwise indicated and where the property has been or may hereafter be divided into blocks and lots, the district boundaries shall be construed to be lot lines, and where the districts designated on the Map accompanying and made a part of this Chapter are bounded approximately by lot lines, said lot lines shall be construed to be the boundary of such districts unless said boundaries are otherwise indicated on the Map. Where district lines are fixed by dimensions, individual owners of lots split by such district lines will be permitted a tolerance of twenty-five (25) feet in the use of said lots.
B.
Unless otherwise clearly defined by streets, alleys, lots, drainage course or other definite means, the district boundary lines on the Map accompanying and made a part of this Chapter shall be determined by use of the scale contained on such Map.
