It is hereby found, determined, and declared to be necessary
for the preservation of various property of the City of Warsaw to
maintain provisions for access, usage, and maintenance of certain
designated properties.

A.
The
City of Warsaw will permit access and use of its Firing/Gun Range
after an agreement is endorsed between the City of Warsaw and other
municipality, County or entity.
B.
The
municipality/County/entity will pay an annual sum to the City of Warsaw,
Missouri, in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for access
to and use of the Firing/Gun Range.
C.
The
municipality/County accessing the City of Warsaw's Firing/Gun Range,
after payment of the annual access fee, must execute an Agreement
for Access and Use of the City of Warsaw Firing/Gun Range Facility
(attached to Ord. No. 335 as "Exhibit A," and held on file in the
City offices), and a Release of Liability (attached to Ord. No. 335
as "Exhibit B," and held on file in the City offices) to the City
of Warsaw before access will be granted and authorization for use
of the Firing/ Gun Range.
D.
The
municipality/County/entity accessing the City of Warsaw's Firing/Gun
Range must show proof of liability insurance coverage in an amount
equal to or greater than a one million dollar ($1,000,000.00) liability
policy covering all employees, agents, and officers for all occurrences,
incidents, accidents, injuries, or any other mishaps occurring while
accessing and using the Firing/Gun Range.
