Chapter 26 shall be known as the "Oneida County Comprehensive Land Use Plan Ordinance."
This chapter is adopted under authority granted by §§ 59.69(2)
and (3) and 66.1001, Wis. Stats.
Pursuant to § 66.1001(4)(c), Wis. Stats., the Oneida
County Board of Supervisors does, by enactment of this chapter, adopt
the document entitled "Oneida County Comprehensive Plan," including
all maps and descriptive materials contained therein.[1]

file at the Oneida County Planning and Zoning Department.
The provisions of this chapter and the Comprehensive Plan are
severable. If any part of this chapter or the Comprehensive Plan is
found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that finding will
not affect the validity, lawfulness, or enforceability of the remainder
of this chapter or the Comprehensive Plan, and the remainder of this
chapter and the Comprehensive Plan shall remain in full force and
effect.
