The purpose of this chapter is to authorize Code Enforcement
Officer to the Town of Marcellus to issue and serve appearance tickets
in connection with violations of state statutes, local laws, ordinances,
or rules and regulations of the Town which the Code Enforcement Officer
is authorized or required to enforce.

The Code Enforcement Officer of the Town of Marcellus is hereby
authorized to issue and serve an appearance ticket with respect to
violation of a state statute, a local law, ordinance, rule or regulation
of the Town of Marcellus that such Code Enforcement Officer is required
or authorized to enforce.
An appearance ticket other than a parking violation shall be
served personally.
