This Part shall apply to all Township municipal claims and tax liens governed by the Pennsylvania Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Act (53 P.S. §§ 7101 et seq.) ("Act"), unless otherwise specified in the Township's ordinances. The attorneys' fees and interest provided for in this Part are in addition to any costs, expenses, and penalties provided for in the Township's ordinances, and any charges, expenses, and fees (as that phrase is defined in the Act) provided for in the Act.

As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
ACT
The Pennsylvania Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Act (53 P.S. §§ 7101 et seq.).
MUNICIPAL CLAIM
This term shall have the same meaning specified in Section 7101 of the Act (53 P.S. § 7101).
TAX LIEN
This term shall have the same meaning specified in Section 7101 of the Act (53 P.S. § 7101).

1. 
The Township and/or its authorized agents shall impose and collect attorneys' fees, charges, and expenses in accordance with the Act and the Township's ordinances upon all municipal claims and tax liens governed by the Act.
A. 
Prior to assessing or imposing attorneys' fees, the Township shall provide such notice as may be required by the Act.
B. 
The Township, including its Solicitor, may take all actions allowed by law to enable the Township to recover incurred attorneys' fees, charges, and expenses from any person responsible for this cost and to include such attorneys' fees, charges, and expenses in municipal claims and tax liens governed by the Act. This authorization includes, but is not limited to, sending notification to the responsible person(s) of the Township's intent to impose incurred attorneys' fees.
C. 
Attorneys' fees shall be assessed at a rate of $150 per hour, or the then-current hourly rate of the Township Solicitor.
D. 
Other attorney-related charges and expenses, such as, but not limited to, filing fees for the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, title search fees, and postage costs, incurred by the Township as part of the lien process shall be included as part of all municipal claims and tax liens governed by the Act.

The Township and/or its authorized agents shall impose and collect interest in accordance with the Act and the Township's ordinances upon all municipal claims and tax liens governed by the Act.
2. 
Interest of 10% per annum shall accrue on all municipal claims and tax liens from the dates specified in Section 7143 of the Act (53 P.S. § 7143).
