This ordinance shall be known and may be cited as the Cooperative
Pricing Ordinance of the Town of Westfield.

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), the Mayor
and Clerk of the Town of Westfield are hereby authorized to enter
into a cooperative pricing agreement with the County of Union for
the purchase of work, materials and supplies and to participate in
the County of Union Cooperative Pricing System.

The County of Union entering into contracts on behalf of the
Town of Westfield shall be responsible for complying with the provisions
of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and
all other provisions of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey.
