The City of East Orange agrees to rent specific areas of its
senior services facility to residents of the community. The manager
of the senior services facility will be responsible for administrating
the policy contained herein and implementing the requirements within
the fully executed license agreement entered into between the City
and the applicant.
The specific areas for rent shall include the:
A.
No cooking shall be allowed in the kitchen area. Applicants may use
the kitchen for setup purposes only.
B.
Alcohol is not permitted.
C.
The use of the facilities by non-senior groups shall not conflict
with any schedule of senior services.
D.
The applicant and/or sponsoring group shall assume financial responsibility
for any damage incurred to the building or furnishings during use.
Rental rates shall include:
