A. 
Every keeper of a billiard table, pool table or any similar table upon which balls and cues are used shall be required to procure annually from the City a license for each such table.
B. 
The provisions of Subsection (A) of this Section shall not be applicable to charitable institutions, corporations organized under for-profit statutes or to any individual who keeps such table in his home for pleasure.

The license tax imposed by this Article shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) per year for each billiard table, ten dollars ($10.00) per year for each pool table, and ten dollars ($10.00) per year for each similar table upon which balls and cues are used.

The City Clerk, upon receiving a receipt duly signed by the City Collector showing payment of the tax imposed by this Article shall issue an appropriate license. Each license shall be signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk, and the City Clerk shall affix the Seal of the City thereto.
