Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided for the repeal

Ord. No. 611, as amended.
Every person, company or corporation who owns property in this
Borough and who rents, leases or allows any other person or persons,
company or corporation to live on said property located in the Borough
of Baden shall report the following information to the Secretary of
the Borough:[1]
A.
The names of persons, companies or corporations, not members of the
property owner's household, who are occupants of any property
owned by the said property owner within the Borough.
B.
The date said person, company or corporation commenced to occupy
the property owner's premises.
C.
The complete present and former address, if known by the property
owner, of said occupants who have moved into the Borough.

Every person, company or corporation who owns property in this Borough shall report the information set forth in § 170-1 to the Borough Secretary in accordance with the following timeline and dates:
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced by a fine of not more than $600
and costs of such proceedings or, upon default of payment of such
fine and costs, by imprisonment for a term of not more than 30 days.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon passage and
approval.
