Every person, company or corporation who owns property in this Borough and who rents, leases or allows any other person or persons, company or corporation to live on said property located in the Borough of Baden shall report the following information to the Secretary of the Borough:[1]
A. 
The names of persons, companies or corporations, not members of the property owner's household, who are occupants of any property owned by the said property owner within the Borough.
B. 
The date said person, company or corporation commenced to occupy the property owner's premises.
C. 
The complete present and former address, if known by the property owner, of said occupants who have moved into the Borough.
D. 
The property owner shall also report to the Borough Secretary the following information regarding the occupants of property within the Borough owned by the property owner:
(1) 
Date said occupancy ceases.
(2) 
The new address of the former occupant, if known to the property owner.

Every person, company or corporation who owns property in this Borough shall report the information set forth in § 170-1 to the Borough Secretary in accordance with the following timeline and dates:
A. 
Within 30 days from the date of enactment of this chapter; and
B. 
Within 30 days of any change of occupancy thereafter; and
C. 
By January 15 of each and every year after enactment of this chapter.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced by a fine of not more than $600 and costs of such proceedings or, upon default of payment of such fine and costs, by imprisonment for a term of not more than 30 days.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
