The recitals to this resolution are hereby incorporated by reference
as if fully set forth herein.
The Board of Supervisors hereby adopts the Rules and Regulations,
which are attached as Exhibit A[1], and directs all fire and emergency services located within
Millcreek Township and their officers to implement and abide by the
Rules and Regulations as applicable.
