Where permitted by law fines and penalties, incurring partial
or total forfeiture, or to remit the same, and the costs and fees
for services, rentals, inspections, filings, reviews, permits, applications,
licenses and other items provided by the Borough of Lewistown shall
be adopted by separate resolution by the Borough Council of the Borough
of Lewistown, and such may be amended from time to time by the Borough
of Lewistown. The current Borough Fines, Penalties, Costs and Fees
Schedule shall be on file in the Borough's offices and otherwise
available to the public.
