A.
From and after January 1, 2019, the County of Green Lake, Wisconsin,
elects to adopt the provisions of § 75.521, Wis. Stats.,
for the purpose of enforcing tax liens in such County in the cases
where the procedure provided by such section is applicable.
B.
The election to adopt § 75.521, Wis. Stats., shall not
affect any action or proceeding for foreclosure of the tax lien commenced
prior to the election, and such action or proceeding may be continued
in the same manner as such election had not been made.
