[HISTORY: Adopted by the Annual Town Meeting of the Town
of Yarmouth 5-5-2018 ATM by Art.

Consistent with MGL c. 94G, § 3(a)(2), "marijuana
establishments" as defined in MGL c. 94G, § 1, shall be
prohibited within the Town of Yarmouth.
This bylaw may be enforced through any lawful means in law or in equity including, but not limited to, enforcement by criminal indictment or complaint pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40, Section 21, as amended, or by noncriminal disposition pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40, Section 21D, as amended, by the Board of Selectmen, the Town Administrator, or their duly authorized agents, or any police officer.
The fine for violation of this bylaw shall be $300 for each
offense.
