A. 
The City Council of the City of Marceline hereby adopts a certain manual known as the "Marceline Municipal Swimming Pool Policy Manual" for the City of Marceline and all sections and provisions contained therein.
B. 
The provisions of such Manual shall pertain to all employees hired and assigned to safeguard, operate and maintain the municipal swimming pool, as provided therein.
C. 
The City Council of the City of Marceline authorizes the City Manager to make required amendments to the Marceline Municipal Swimming Pool Policy Manual, as recommended by the Pool Manager.
