The Town Board of the Town of Wilna, pursuant to the authority
granted it under Article 16 of the Town Law and the Executive Law
of the State of New York, hereby adopt as follows.

Provisions, Art. I)]
The Town Board of the Town of Wilna hereby finds that the fees
charged under the Uniform State Building Code as well as land use
fees are in need of regular updating to accurately reflect actual
costs incurred by the Town as well as to have certain fundamental
fairness for the residents of the Town. It is the purpose of this
chapter to provide for adoption of all basic land use fees and building
fees in the Town of Wilna.

The Town Board of the Town of Wilna will adopt and from time
to time amend, by resolution, a fee schedule for land use and building
fees.
If any part of this chapter shall be found to be void, voidable,
or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, it shall not effect the
validity or enforceability of any remaining section or provision of
this chapter.
