The purpose of this district is to provide for limited commercial
use in locations easily accessible to the residents of the Township;
to provide opportunities for higher density housing and specialized
group living arrangements; and to provide for accessory uses and compatible
supporting uses as conditional uses or uses by special exception.
In the B-1, Local Commercial District, only the following uses
are authorized:
