[Adopted 1-13-1992 by L.L. No. 1-1992; amended in its entirety at time
of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
Parking of motor vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers
and other nonmotorized vehicles, is hereby prohibited on both sides
of all Town roads of the Town of Wilna between the hours of 9:00 p.m.
and 6:00 a.m. during the period from December 1 to April 1 of each
calendar year.
Any violation of this article shall be punishable in accordance
with the penalties set forth in the New York State Vehicle and Traffic
Law § 1800.
