[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Monticello as Title 15, Ch. 4, of the 1989 Code of Ordinances; amended
in its entirety at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions,
Art. II). Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
The Village Board of the Village of Monticello hereby adopts
§ 106.50, Wis. Stats., as amended, and all subsequent amendments
thereto.
The officials and employees of the Village of Monticello shall
assist in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination
in housing within the Village of Monticello by implementing the authority
and enforcement procedures set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall maintain forms for complaints to be filed
under § 106.50, Wis. Stats., and shall assist any person
alleging a violation thereof in the Village of Monticello to file
a complaint thereunder with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce
Development for enforcement of § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
