The Mayor and Council hereby create and reconstitute as a part
of this Code the Employee Safety Committee.
The Highland Park Employee Safety Committee shall be made up
of 11 members consisting of the Insurance Commissioner, one representative
from each of the four bargaining units and one department head or
representative from each of the Borough buildings, to be appointed
by the Mayor and with the advice and consent by the Council annually.
Donald Newton shall serve as the Safety Coordinator for the Borough
of Highland Park.
The Borough of Highland Park Employee Safety Committee shall
advise the Mayor and Council as to policies that should be utilized
for the safety of all employees of the Borough of Highland Park.
