The Mayor and Council hereby create and reconstitute as a part
of this Code the Rehabilitation and Redevelopment Screening Committee.
The Borough of Highland Park has been declared to be an area
in need of rehabilitation under N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-14 et seq. The Rehabilitation
and Redevelopment Screening Committee shall review preliminary proposals
for development upon referral of the Borough of Highland Park Planning
Consultant.
