A. 
No person, firm, partnership or corporation shall construct any new street or storm sewer in the Township unless and until a building permit for new street or storm sewer construction has been obtained. No permit shall be issued until the final plans for the subdivision or land development within which such construction is to take place have been submitted to the Township and the required plan and profiles for the same have been reviewed and approved by the Township Engineer. The approval granted for such construction shall be valid for a period of three years, after which time the applicant shall be required to resubmit plan and profiles for any portions of street or storm sewer not constructed within the three-year period in accordance with ordinances in effect at the time of resubmission.
B. 
The fee for such building permit shall be in accordance with the following schedule:
(1) 
For the initial 500 linear feet of roadway or 1,000 linear feet of storm sewer or fraction thereof: as set forth from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
(2) 
For each additional 100 linear feet of roadway or 200 linear feet of storm sewer or fraction thereof: as set forth from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
