A.
Pursuant
to § 30.11, Wis. Stats., a bulkhead line along the shore
of Lake Michigan in the City having been found to be in the public
interest is hereby established along a line described as follows and
in accordance with the map required to be submitted to the Public
Service Commission:
Commencing at the intersection of the west line of Lot 2, Block
102 (vacated) of the Original Plat and south line of the STH "42"
R.O.W., which is the point of beginning of the bulkhead line, thence
S. 0° 45' 39" E., a distance of 265.07 feet, thence N. 69°
49' 26" East to the intersection of the westerly side of the
present Harbor Entrance.
B.
Pursuant
to § 30.11, Wis. Stats., a bulkhead line along the shore
of the East Twin River in the City having been found to be in the
public interest is hereby established along a line described as follows
and in accordance with the map required to be submitted to the Department
of Natural Resources:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 36, T. 20 N.,
R 24 E., then S. 0° 32' 40" W. (true) along the section line
a distance of 198.0 feet to the north line of the Still Bend Addition,
thence North 89° 59' 15" East (true) along said north line
a distance of 1,085.44 feet to the proposed bulkhead line, thence
N. 12° 40' W. a distance of 25.0 feet to the point of real
beginning at the point of normal high-water mark, thence S. 12°
40' E., a distance of 492.1 feet to the existing concrete dock
located on the south half of Lot 5, Block 8 of the Still Bend Addition,
which point is at the normal high-water mark.
C.
Pursuant
to § 30.11, Wis. Stats., a bulkhead line along the shore
of the East Twin River in the City having been found to be in the
public interest is hereby established along a line described as follows
and in accordance with the map required to be submitted to the Department
of Natural Resources:
Commencing at the west line of Wilson Street and the center
line of 25th Street, thence westerly along the center line of 25th
Street a distance of 402.0' to the point of true beginning, thence
N. 90° 47' 00" W. a distance of 184.70' to the existing
shore.
D.
Pursuant
to § 30.11, Wis. Stats., a bulkhead line along the shore
of Lake Michigan, in the City having been found to be in the public
interest is hereby established along a line described as follows and
in accordance with the map required to be submitted to the Department
of Natural Resources:
Commencing at the point of real beginning at the intersection
of the west line of the east 1/2 of Lot 4, Block 101 (vacated) of
the Original Plat and the south line STH "42" R.O.W., thence S. 0°
45' 39" E. a distance of 265.07 feet (plus or minus), thence
N. 69° 49' 26" E. 544 feet to the intersection of the existing
established bulkhead line.
E.
Pursuant
to § 30.11, Wis. Stats., a bulkhead line along the East
Twin River in the City of Two Rivers having been found to be in the
public interest is hereby established along the lines described as
follows and in accordance with the map required to be submitted to
the Department of Natural Resources:
Commencing at the West line of Wilson Street and the center
line of 25th Street, thence westerly along the center line of 25th
Street a distance of 402.0 feet to the point of true beginning, thence
S. 37° 29' 45" E. a distance of 487.35 feet to the existing
shore which is the South line of 24th Street and 108.8 feet West of
the West line of Wilson Street.
F.
Pursuant
to § 30.11, Wis. Stats., a bulkhead line along the shore
of the East Twin River in the City having been found to be in the
public interest is hereby established along a line described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the west line of Wilson Street
north of 25th Street and the center line of 25th Street as platted
in LeClair's Addition to the City of Two Rivers; thence S. 89°
50' W., 292.0 feet to the existing bulkhead line; thence N 9°
47' W., 184.7 feet along the existing bulkhead line to the real
point of beginning; thence N. 16° 13' W., 153.5 feet; thence
N. 20° 41' E., 64.2 feet; thence N. 16° 00' W.,
157.1 feet, thence N. 0° 37' W., 348.5 feet; thence N. 26°
28' E., 150.8 feet; thence N. 13° 26' W., 61.7 feet
to the north line of 28th Street which is the end of the proposed
bulkhead line;
Thence, N 89° 50' E., 350.0 feet along the North line
of 28th Street to the west line of Wilson Street as platted in LeClair's
Addition; thence S. 0° 39' W., 1084.2 feet along the west
line of Wilson Street to the center line of 25th Street as platted
in LeClair's Addition which is the point of commencement.
G.
Pursuant
to § 30.11, Wis. Stats., a bulkhead line along the East
Twin River in the City of Two Rivers having been found to be in the
public interest is hereby established along the lines described as
follows and in accordance with the map required to be submitted to
the Department of Natural Resources:
Commencing at the SE Corner of Block Number 12 of the Original
Plat of the City of Two Rivers; thence S. 89° 54' 10" W along
the South line of said Block 12 extended a distance of 181.00 feet
to the point of real beginning of said proposed dock line; thence
N. 7° 08' E., a distance of 152.34 feet to its intersection
with the North line of Lot 4 of said Block 12, said point being S.
89° 53' 10" W. 219.00 feet from the NE Corner of said Lot
4.
H.
Pursuant
to § 30.11(3), Wis. Stats., bulkhead line along a part of
the shore of Lake Michigan, Manitowoc County, described below:
The bulkhead line along the shore of Lake Michigan described
as follows and as shown by the attached map is established subject
to the approval of the Department of Natural Resources: Commencing
at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers monument 76-V on the North pier,
thence S. 11° 35' 37" W. a distance of 733.10 feet to U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers monument 76-D, thence S. 33° 31'
22" E. along the pier a distance of 505 feet, thence N. 54° 38'
38" E. a distance of 1885 feet, thence N. 35° 21' 22" W.
to a point at the ordinary high-water mark on the beach a distance
of 1120 feet, thence S. 49° 42'50" W. a distance of 1336.6
feet to the point of beginning.
The bulkhead line is in the public interest because it will
allow the Two Rivers Harbor to be dredged, with the dredged materials
being distributed along the 1/4 mile reach of shoreline beginning
at the ordinary high-water mark to the eight-foot contour maintaining
drainage toward the lake.
