[Amended 8-17-1999 by Ord. No. 99-08]
35 Pa.C.S.A. § 7501 et seq. requires that each political
subdivision establish a local organization for civil defense in accordance
with the State Civil Defense Plan and Program.
Lower Paxton Township, in response to such Act, hereby establishes
the Lower Paxton Township Office of Emergency Preparedness and Communications.
