Restricted speed zones are hereby established as described in
Schedule III of this chapter, and all traffic shall travel at a speed
equal to or less than the maximum speed limit. Such restrictions shall
be posted on official speed limit signs and in accordance with posting
requirements of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code in effect at the time
of erection and its future amendments.
