Commercial/institutional/multifamily primary structures: Standard fees for all commercial, institutional, and multifamily buildings, including but not limited to retail, warehouse, pole buildings, restaurant, office, medical clinics, hotels/lodges, fit-outs and all other commercial, institutional and multifamily buildings shall be determined per square foot (s.f.) using the ICC Building Valuation Table and § 180-1B(3)(b) fees.

Commercial/institutional/multifamily storage sheds or pole structures
shall be determined per square foot (s.f.) using the ICC Building
Valuation Chart.
(c)
Commercial/institutional/multifamily signage shall be determined
by the actual cost of all sign materials used to include the base
and/or any support materials.
