No person shall maintain or permit to be maintained or to emanate
from his premises any public health nuisance as defined in § 254.59,
Wis. Stats. The Health Officer or person in charge of the duties of
the Health Officer may proceed under § 254.59, Wis. Stats.,
to abate any such public health nuisance.
