No person shall sell cigarettes in the Village without first
obtaining a license from the Village Clerk. The provisions of § 134.65,
Wis. Stats., are hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter by
reference.

Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or any order, rule or regulation made hereunder shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-3 of this Code.
