Borough of Collingdale, PA Chapter 220 Fees

§ 220-1 Fees established by resolution.

The Borough of Collingdale hereby resolves that all fees, license fees and permit fees for the following shall be established from time to time by resolution of Borough Council:

Amusement Devices
	Each mechanical or electronic amusement device
	Each pool table
Building/Construction
	Plan examination and building permit
	Minimum fee
		$0 - $20,000 cost
		$20,001 - $100,000 cost
		$100,000 - above cost
	Sidewalks, curbs, patios, walks and driveways
		Minimum fee
		Each $1,000 cost
	Moving a building
		Each $1,000 value of the building in its completed usable conditions
	Demolition of a building
		Each 10 feet of building height, plus
		Each additional foot of frontage exceeding 50 feet
	Electrical
		Minimum fee - each $1,000 of cost
		Each additional $1,000 of cost
	Plumbing
		Replacement or repair
			Minimum fee (one fixture)
			Each additional fixture
		New building
			Minimum fee (up to five fixtures)
			Each additional fixture
			Sewer line replacement
		Certificate of use and occupancy
		Contractors (plumbing, heating and cooling)

	Annual inspection fee per mile of water mains owned by utility companies

§ 220-2 Repealer.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. The Borough reserves the right at any time by ordinance to amend or otherwise modify or repeal this chapter.

§ 220-3 Severability.

Should any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, law or phrase of this chapter be declared invalid for any reason whatsoever, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this chapter, which shall remain in full force and effect, and for this purpose the provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable.

§ 220-4 When effective.

This chapter shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
