Each commercial and/or residential property owner applying for
a permit to rent and/or lease property located within the City of
Pagedale, Missouri, shall first present to the City a copy of any
proposed lease and/or rental agreement;

Any lease and/or rental agreement, as referenced above, shall
contain a provision whereby the landlord and/or owner of the property
in question notifies any prospective tenant, renter or lessor of any
property that said tenant, renter and/or lessor of said property is
responsible for any and all cost(s) and/or fees associated with the
pickup, transfer and collection of solid waste and recycling with
respect to the property as imposed by any party hired by the City
to collect, pick up and/or transfer said solid waste and recycling
for the City of Pagedale, Missouri.

Upon confirmation by the City Clerk that said lease and/or rental
agreement contains the provision(s) as referenced in section(s) 1
and 2, above, and meets all other City permit(s) and condition(s)
relating to same, shall receive said permit(s) through the normal
course of business and process as is required and allowed by the City.

Any property owner and/or landlord that does not meet the requirement(s)
as referenced above shall not receive a permit to lease and/or rent
property in the City of Pagedale, Missouri.
