Commercial traffic, including delivery vehicles of all configurations, is prohibited.

C.
Vehicles heading in a southerly direction on Bloomingrove Drive shall not be allowed to take a left-hand turn onto Van Rensselaer Square; vehicles exiting the shopping center from Van Rensselaer Square shall not be allowed to take a left-hand turn onto Bloomingrove Drive.
D.
All signage required to be installed in connection with this article shall be installed by the shopping center owner after receiving the approval of the Police Chief, Town Building Department And Town Highway Superintendent.
E.
Upon such time that the Bloomingrove Drive and Route 4 Intersection have been redesigned to accommodate vehicular and pedestrian safety, the Town Board may authorize access of normal customary delivery trucks, vehicles and CDTA busses onto Van Rensselaer Square when traveling in the northerly direction on Bloomingrove Drive but will not be allowed to exit the premises onto Bloomingrove Drive. At that time the Town Board would authorize the Building Inspector, Town Engineer and the Planning Board Chairman to amend the approved site plan for this modification.
