Pursuant to the Laws of the State of New York and specifically
Municipal Home Rule Law § 10, the Town of Rochester hereby
waives the residency requirements set forth in New York State Public
Officers Law § 3 and New York State Town Law § 23
for the positions of police constables or constables of the Town of
Rochester.
