[Adopted 4-16-2015 by L.L. No. 1-2015]
The Town Board of the Town of Crawford finds that smoke-free outdoor air promotes a cleaner and healthier environment for all people. The Board finds that use of Town property, including the Town's parks and recreation facilities, and attendance at athletic events is more enjoyable and healthful if the participants, spectators and others are not exposed to second-hand smoke.
It shall be unlawful to smoke any tobacco product:

B.
In a Town park or on other Town-owned property within 50 feet of a sports field or court, recreation field or court, or building or structure used for park or recreation purposes, including but not limited to playground facilities.
