The Council may appoint an Educational Scholarship Selection
Committee to administer the scholarship fund and select recipients
for scholarship awards.
The Committee may:

Prepare annual scholarship applications and publicize the availability
of scholarships.
B.Â
Review applications and select recipients.
C.Â
Announce scholarship recipients at a regular meeting of the Town
Council.
D.Â
Arrange with the Treasurer disbursement of scholarship funds to awarded
recipients.
The Committee consists of two Town Council representatives and
three citizen members. Citizen members are appointed for terms of
two years.
