Village of Round Lake, NY Chapter 27 Elections

§ 27-1 County Board of Elections to conduct Village elections.

Pursuant to New York State Election Law § 15-104(1)(c), Village elections shall be conducted by the Saratoga County Board of Elections.

§ 27-2 Date of Village elections.

Pursuant to New York State Election Law § 15-104(1)(c), Village elections shall occur on the day of the general election.
