§ 23-701 General.

1. The municipality may include all costs incurred into the review fee charged to an applicant. The review fee may include, but not be limited to, costs for the following:

A. Administrative/clerical processing.

B. Review of the SWM site plan.

C. Review of an SWM site plan resubmission.

D. Attendance at meetings.

E. Inspections.

F. The review of the BMP operations and maintenance plan by the Township Engineer.

G. Costs for engineering or legal review and preparation of the O&M agreement for SWM BMPs.

H. Any administrative, legal, or engineering or professional consultant fees incurred to monitor and enforce any provisions of this chapter, correct violations and assure proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
