The positions Town Councilman and Clerk to the Town Justice
may be held simultaneously by the same person under certain circumstances
in furthering the public interest. However, this same person may not
also hold the position of Deputy Supervisor or vote on any matter
related to the position of Clerk of the Town Justice or Town Justice.
