A Special Parking Zone ("SPZ") is hereby established and shall include all streets, or parts of streets, and public parking lots within the area, bounded by and including both sides of the following streets:
South Fullerton Avenue from Hawthorne Place to Bloomfield Avenue
North Fullerton Avenue from Bloomfield Avenue to Claremont Avenue
Claremont Avenue from North Fullerton Avenue to Greenwood Avenue
Greenwood Avenue from Claremont Avenue to Lackawanna Plaza
Lackawanna Plaza from Greenwood Avenue to Bloomfield Avenue
Gates Avenue from Bloomfield Avenue to Hawthorne Place
Hawthorne Avenue from Gates to South Fullerton Avenue
The following offenses occurring in the Special Parking Zone shall be punishable as provided in § 327-43.

Violations of the parking regulations set forth in § 327-42 above occurring in the Special Parking Zone shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $60 and not more than $500. Upon approval of the courts, the penalties for violations of this subsection may be added to the Local Supplemental Violations Bureau Schedule.
