39:4-8, a pedestrian mid-block crosswalk is hereby established on
Church Road at a point 570 feet west of the intersection with Williamstown
Road, County Route 536, said crosswalk being more fully identified
on construction plans prepared by Churchill Consulting Engineers dated
February 3, 2000. A copy of said plan being attached and incorporated
by reference into this section.
