Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation of this article for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked otherwise.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in this section, except at the angle designated and only within the painted stall lines. On all streets or portions thereof where angle parking is now or shall hereafter be authorized, all vehicles parked thereon shall be parked with the front thereof nearest the curb.

A. 
No person shall park a vehicle or tractor or permit it to stand, whether attended or unattended, upon a street or highway within an intersection within the Borough of Blawnox.
B. 
No person shall park a vehicle, automobile, truck, tractor or tractor-trailer on any highway or street within the Borough whether loading or unloading the same in such a manner as to block the free passage of automobiles, trucks, tractors or tractor-trailers on such street or highway within the Borough.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle, truck or trailer to stop, stand or park such vehicle on any street or highway for the purpose of making repairs except in case of emergency.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle, truck or trailer to stop, stand or park such vehicle for a period of time longer than is necessary for the expeditious loading or unloading, pickup or delivery of materials.

A. 
Noncommercial dual-wheel vehicles. The Council for the Borough of Blawnox hereby establishes an exception to the prohibition of commercial dual-wheel vehicles on the public streets and roadways of the Borough of Blawnox by permitting the parking of noncommercial dual-wheel vehicles used exclusively for personal use on the public streets and roadways of the Borough of Blawnox, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, so long as the noncommercial dual-wheel vehicle is otherwise legally parked in accordance with the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code and Blawnox Code of Ordinances.
B. 
Recreational vehicles.
(1) 
For the purposes of this specific subsection (§ 515-29B), the term "recreational vehicle" shall mean/include all recreational vehicles such as motorhomes, campervans, coaches, caravans, fifth-wheel trailer, popup campers, and similar such vehicles, whether in operating condition or not.
(2) 
The parking of any recreational vehicle as defined above is hereby prohibited on any public streets or roadways of the Borough of Blawnox or more than 48 hours.
C. 
Trailers. The parking of trailers, utilized or unutilized, is prohibited on any public streets or roadways of the Borough of Blawnox or more than 48 hours.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and costs; provided, however, that it shall be the duty of the police officers and of parking enforcement personnel of the Borough to report to the appropriate official all violations of any provision of this article, indicating, in each case, the section violated, the license number of the vehicle involved in the violation, the location where the violation took place and any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending the violation. The police officer or other person making the report shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was parked in violation of this article. The notice shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of the vehicle that if he or she will report to the office of the Chief of Police and pay the sum of not more than $15 within five days after the time of the notice, or if he or she will place the sum of not more than $15, enclosed within the envelope provided, in the mailbox beside the front door of the Borough Building, that act will save the violator from prosecution and from payment of the fine and costs prescribed in the first sentence of this section.

B. 
Any parking meter violation whereby a motor vehicle is allowed to remain parked at a meter upon which the time has expired shall be in violation of this article and subject to a minimum fine of $3 if paid within two hours after the issuance of the parking violation citation. If any vehicle is not removed after the issuance of the first citation, additional citations and fines will be assessed every two hours thereafter. If the fine for any parking meter violation is not paid within two hours after the issuance of the citation therefor, the fine will then be increased to $5. Failure to pay the parking meter violation fine within three days will necessitate the issuance of a $35 citation/summons by the Magisterial District Judge.
