In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of P.L. 1999, c. 185, the following is a list of school crossings which have been so designated by the Township of Winslow:

School #2 - North Grove Street at the corner of First Avenue and North Grove Street, as depicted on the attached map prepared by the Township's consulting engineer (S2)

School #3 - at the corner of Penfield Avenue and Primrose Drive, and Sicklerville Avenue (CR 705) between Primrose Drive and Marseille Place, as depicted on the attached map prepared by the Township's consulting engineer (S3)
•
School #4 - at the corner of Scenic View Drive and Sheridan Drive, as depicted on the attached map prepared by the Township's consulting engineer (S4)

School #5 - North Grove Street at the intersection of North Grove Street and Oak Leaf Road, as depicted on the attached map prepared by the Township's consulting engineer (S5)
•
School #6 - on Oak Hollow near its intersection with Sickler Avenue, and at the driveway entrance/exits off of Oak Hollow, as depicted on the attached map prepared by the Township's consulting engineer (S6)

Middle School - Cooper Folly Road between Pin Oak Drive and Route 73, as depicted on the attached map prepared by the Township's consulting engineer (S7)

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-50(g),[1] the governing body hereby adopts and approves the Drug-Free Zone Map which provides for the drunk-driving-free school zones, as identified on the map produced on or about October 8, 2019, by the Township's consulting engineer, which is hereby approved and adopted as an official finding and record of the location and areas within the municipality of property which is used for school purposes and which is owned by or leased to any elementary, charter, private, or secondary school or school board and of the areas on or within 1,000 feet of such school property.

The Drug-Free Zone Map approved and adopted pursuant to § 25-2 of this chapter shall continue to constitute an official finding and record as to the location and boundaries of areas on or within 1,000 feet of property owned by or leased to any elementary, charter, private or secondary school or school board which is used for school purposes until such time, if any, that this chapter shall be amended to reflect any additions or deletions with respect to the location and boundaries of school property and drunk-driving-free school zones. The list of school crossings designated in § 25-1 above by the Township Committee shall continue to constitute an official finding and record of the location of school crossing zones within the Township of Winslow until such time, if any, that this chapter shall be amended to reflect any additions or deletions with respect to school crossing zones in Winslow Township.
The school board, or the chief administrative officer in the case of any private, parochial or charter school, is hereby directed and shall have the continuing obligation to promptly notify the Township Administrator, Township Engineer and the Township Solicitor of any changes or contemplated changes in the location and boundaries of any property owned or leased to any elementary, charter or secondary school or school board and which is used for school purposes or of any additions or deletions to school crossings.
The Township Clerk is hereby directed to receive and to keep in file the original of maps approved and adopted pursuant to § 25-2 of this chapter, and the maps identifying the school crossings identified in § 25-1, and to provide at a reasonable cost a true copy thereof to any person, agency, and/or court which may from time to time request such a copy, along with a certification that such copy is a true copy of the maps approved and adopted herein and kept on file. It is hereby further directed that a true copy of such maps and list of school crossings identified in § 25-1 shall be provided without cost to the Camden County Clerk and to the office of the Camden County Prosecutor.
The following additional matters are hereby determined, declared, recited and stated:
It is understood that the maps and list approved and adopted pursuant to this chapter were prepared and are intended to be used as evidence in prosecutions arising under the criminal and traffic laws of this state and that, pursuant to state law, such maps and list shall constitute prima facie evidence of the following:
The location of elementary, charter and secondary schools within the municipality.
The boundaries of the real property which is owned by or leased to such schools or a school board.
That such school property is and continues to be used for school purposes.
The location and boundaries of areas which are on or within 1,000 feet of such school property.
The location of all school crossings in the Township of Winslow.
