This article is enacted under authority of the Local Tax Enabling Act[1] as well as other statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as pertain to tax collection now in existence and as are or may be hereinafter amended, supplemented, modified or reenacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The elected Real Estate Tax Collector of Robinson Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, is hereby authorized and empowered to charge and collect fees for such services and/or activities as are hereinafter listed and in the amounts as hereinafter established.
[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
The elected Real Estate Tax Collector shall charge such fee amounts for services as shall be set from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.[1]

Any or all ordinances or amendments to ordinances inconsistent or in contradiction of this article are hereby repealed and/or revoked.
If any sentence, clause, section or part of this article is for any reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections or parts of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections or parts of this article. It is hereby declared as the intent of the Board of Supervisors of Robinson Township that this article would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid sentence, clause, section or part thereof not been included herein.
This article shall become effective 10 days after enactment.
