There is hereby created and established in the Township of Winslow
the office of Deputy Municipal Clerk. The Deputy Municipal Clerk shall
be appointed by the Appointing Authority, with the approval of the
Mayor and Township Committee and shall hold office until January 1,
next following the appointment. The Deputy Municipal Clerk shall have
all the powers and perform all the duties of the Municipal Clerk during
such times and for such specific periods as the Municipal Clerk shall
be absent.
The Deputy Municipal Clerk shall be paid a salary fixed and
adopted by the Mayor and Township Committee in the annual salary ordinance.
