The position of Chief Financial Officer is hereby created in
and for the Township of Winslow pursuant to law, appointed by the
Mayor and Township Committee, who shall serve at the pleasure of the
governing body. The Chief Financial Officer may, but need not, be
a person who is also employed by the Township in another capacity.
The Chief Financial Officer shall carry out the responsibilities
set forth under P.L. 1947, c. 151 (N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26 et seq.).
Compensation for the Chief Financial Officer shall be established
by ordinance.
