There is hereby created and established in the Township of Winslow the position of Municipal Court Administrator.
The term of office of the Municipal Court Administrator shall be as prescribed by law, P.L. 1995, c. 389 (N.J.S.A. 2A:8-13.3).
The Municipal Court Administrator shall perform all duties as required by the applicable statutes of the State of New Jersey and the Rules of Court. The Municipal Court Administrator shall also perform such duties as may from time to time be required, including the supervision of employees within his/her office, and when authorized by the Municipal Court Judge, may:
A. 
Administer oaths for complaints filed with the municipal court;
B. 
Issue warrants and summonses;
C. 
Set conditions of pretrial release, including bail.
The Municipal Court Administrator shall be paid a salary fixed and adopted by the governing body in the annual salary ordinance.

There is hereby created and established in the Township of Winslow the Office of Deputy Court Administrator. Any person appointed to the Office of Deputy Court Administrator shall have all the training and qualifications as required by the Township and may hold a Court Administrator Certificate.

The Deputy Court Administrator shall be appointed by the Appointing Authority, with the approval of the Mayor and Township Committee.

The Deputy Court Administrator shall have all the powers and perform all the duties of the Municipal Court Administrator and shall act under the direct supervision of and shall assist the Municipal Court Administrator.

The Deputy Court Administrator shall be paid a salary fixed and adopted by the Mayor and Township Committee in the annual salary ordinance.
