It is hereby recognized the mandates
of N.J.S. 11A, Civil Service, are required as a result of a referendum
which passed in Winslow Township on November 4, 1986. Said laws of
N.J.S. 11A, Civil Service, and any amendments thereto, be and the
same are hereby adopted by reference.

The rules and regulations as set forth
in N.J.A.C. 4A, and any amendments thereto, be and the same are hereby
adopted, by reference, so as to comply with N.J.S. 11A.

New Jersey Department of Personnel Schedule
One of the Classification Survey of 1987, and approved amendments
thereto, being a list of employees, their original date of appointment
and present title, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference.
Said schedule shall remain on file in the office of the Township Clerk,
Personnel Section. Said schedule may be amended and updated in accordance
with proper procedure.

New Jersey Department of Personnel Schedule
Two of the Classification Survey of 1987, and approved amendments
thereto, being class specifications in alphabetical order, including
definitions, examples of work, educational and experience requirements
and knowledge and abilities, be and the same is hereby adopted by
reference. Said schedule may be amended and updated according to proper
procedure. Said schedule shall remain on file in the office of the
Township Clerk, Personnel Section.

New Jersey Department of Personnel Schedule
Three of the Classification Survey of 1987, and approved amendments
thereto, being an alphabetical list of titles of full- time positions
in career service with divisional classifications, an alphabetical
list of part-time positions in career service with divisional classifications
and an alphabetical list of titles of unclassified positions with
statutory provisions be and the same is hereby adopted by reference.
Said schedule may be amended and updated according to proper procedure.
Said schedule shall remain on file in the office of the Township Clerk,
Personnel Section.
