A surcharge in the amount of $20 per check shall be imposed on any
taxes, fees or other charges due the Township of Winslow where a check
or draft has been submitted to the Township toward the payment of
such taxes, fees or other charges and such check or draft is returned,
whether by stop payment, insufficient funds, uncollected funds or
any other reason.

The Township Treasurer be and is hereby authorized and directed to
collect said surcharge from any payee whose check or draft to the
Township of Winslow has been returned unpaid.
