No person shall throw or deposit litter on any occupied private property in the township, whether owned by such person or not, except that the owner or person in control of private property may authorize private receptacles for collection in such a manner that litter will be prevented from being carried or deposited by the elements upon any street, sidewalk or other public place or upon any private property.
No person shall throw or deposit litter on or upon any open or vacant private property within the township whether owned by such person or not.
Carpet/padding shall be cut in four (4) foot lengths, tied or bundled and all of the aforementioned shall be of such weight and design as to be conveniently handled by one (1) man, and shall not weigh more than fifty (50) pounds.
The spilling, dumping or disposal of any litter, refuse, solid waste or putrescible materials other than stormwater to the separate municipal storm sewer system operated by the Township of Winslow is prohibited. The spilling, dumping, or disposal of any litter, refuse solid waste or putrescible materials other than stormwater in such a manner as to cause the discharge of pollutants to the separate municipal storm sewer is also prohibited.
