Except as provided for in any other regulations, no inoperative
or unregistered motor vehicle shall be parked, kept or stored on any
premises, and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of major
disassembly, disrepair, or in the process of being stripped or dismantled.
Painting of vehicles is prohibited unless conducted inside an approved
spray booth.
No person in charge or control of any property within the township,
whether as owner, tenant, occupant, lessee or otherwise, shall allow
any partially dismantled, non-operating, wrecked, junked or discarded
vehicle to remain on such property longer than seventy-two (72) hours;
and no person shall leave any such vehicle on any property within
the township for a longer time than seventy-two (72) hours, except
that this Article shall not apply with regard to a vehicle in an enclosed
building nor to a vehicle on the premises of a business enterprise
operated in a lawful place and manner when necessary to the operation
of such business enterprise nor to a vehicle in an appropriate storage
place or depository maintained in a lawful place and manner by the
township.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle or to
allow any vehicle to remain parked on any public street or highway
in the township during any snowfall which leaves an accumulation of
snow amounting to three (3) inches or more.
A.
No property owner, tenant or persons shall obstruct any street, easement,
or right-of-way or cause any street, easement or right-of-way to be
obstructed.

B.
Every property owner or tenant of lands lying within the township
adjoining a roadway, whether the lands are within the road right-of-way
or not, shall:
(1)
Keep all brush, grass, hedges and other plant life growing cut to
a height not to obstruct the safe movement of vehicles or vision of
the drivers on and around the roadways and intersections where it
shall be necessary and expedient for the preservation of the public
safety; and
(2)
Keep all tree limbs cut and trimmed to a height or length not to
obstruct the safe movement of vehicles or vision of the drivers on
and around the roadways and intersections where it shall be necessary
and expedient for the preservation of the public safety.
C.
Every property owner or tenant of lands lying within the township
adjoining a roadway, whether the lands are within the road right-of-way
or not, is prohibited from having any obstruction, including but not
limited to a fence, wall, sign, or pile of soil/dirt at a height that
would obstruct the safe movement of vehicles or vision of the drivers
on and around the roadways and intersections where it shall be necessary
and expedient for the preservation of the public safety.
